Back from their forays into punk and funk, NYC electro-glam outfit Naked Highway is back to their club roots with a big club anthem about big city, big beats and scoring big. It’s all about hooking up on the dancefloor and front man Sy Boccari has enough pheromone-filled sexuality to make even Prince blush. The cut gets full frontal assault with remixes by Tim Letteer, Sweet Rains, Shitting Glitter and (ahem) Ben Dover And Dick Ryder. The forthcoming video pays tribute to the group’s biggest influences like The Gap Band “You Dropped A Bomb On Me” and Neneh Cherry’s “Buffalo Stance” with an old school clip directed by Johnny Woods who edited it on VHS tape. Their unique, dance/wave fusion is also in demand with Lady Gaga, Rihanna and The Presets who have all commissioned remixes by Naked Highway.
